Brazilian Nuggets respects the rights of artists, authors, labels, publishers, photographers and illustrators. This page explains what we show from third parties and how to request removal of content.

• Covers: small images (up to 600 px), used only to identify each record in the archive, never on products for sale.
• Music: no audio is hosted here. Tracks play through the official YouTube, Spotify and Deezer players, under each service's licenses; there are also links to listen on Bandcamp when the artist or label publishes there.
• Texts: the band stories are written by us, with sources cited. We do not reproduce third-party texts.

Write to direitos@braziliannuggets.com with:

• who you are and what right you hold over the work (or whom you represent);
• which work: cover, recording or text;
• the address of the page on Brazilian Nuggets;
• a contact for our reply.

No form or lawyer needed.

Within 72 hours of receiving the notice, the content in question comes down while we review it, and we reply to whoever wrote. The final decision (permanent removal or restoration, with the reason) comes within 15 days.

If content was removed and you are the artist, the label or hold authorization over it, write to the same address with proof of the right. We review it again within 15 days.

Court orders for removal (art. 19 of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, Law 12,965/2014) are complied with within the deadline the order sets. Send them to direitos@braziliannuggets.com.
