Who is responsible
Brazilian Nuggets is a personal project by Vinicius Vieira, the data controller under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018). As a small-scale agent there is no appointed DPO; the contact channel is at the end of this page.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up, login, form, advertising or tracking cookie of ours. The site and the app serve the same pages.
What stays on your device
A few preferences live only in your browser's local storage so the site remembers you: whether you have seen the intro, the record that was playing, your collection (favorites, saved and played) and whether you closed the install invitation. None of it leaves the device; clearing the site data erases it all.
Third-party players
To play a record we use the official players from YouTube (in youtube-nocookie mode), Spotify and Deezer. They only load when you tap Play, and from then on each service's privacy policy applies. The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs technical access data (such as IP address) for security and operation.
The Google Play app
The app opens this same site full screen through the device's Chrome. It asks for no permissions, does not read contacts, location, camera or files, and collects no data beyond what is described here.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of data at any time, as guaranteed by article 18 of the LGPD. If we ever start measuring audience, this page will change first and you will be able to refuse.
