Terms of use

Brazilian Nuggets (braziliannuggets.com and the Google Play app) is run by Studio Mosaiko, CNPJ 27.560.461/0001-75 (Brazilian company registration). Using the site means you agree to these terms.

An authorial archive of rare Brazilian records: cover, credits, tracks, the band's story written by us with sources, and links to listen on the official services. The site hosts no music and offers no downloads: the sound plays in the official YouTube, Spotify and Deezer players, under each service's rules.

Using the site is free and needs no account. You may not:

• attack, overload or try to bypass the site's security;
• copy the archive in bulk, by bot or by hand, to republish it;
• use the site to infringe other people's rights.

AI agents may read the archive through the paths opened for that (llms.txt and the public MCP server), within the request limit.

The texts, the selection and organization of the archive and the visual identity belong to Brazilian Nuggets. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source page. For other uses, write to contato@braziliannuggets.com.

Covers identify each record and belong to their rights holders. The music belongs to artists, labels and publishers and plays only through the official players. If you hold rights over any of this content and want it removed, see Copyright.

The shop at loja.braziliannuggets.com is run by Uma Penca, which sells, ships, handles returns and issues invoices. Questions about orders go to Uma Penca's support; if they reach us, we forward them.

The archive is researched with care but may contain mistakes in dates, credits or stories: let us know at contato@braziliannuggets.com and we will fix them. Players and links depend on third-party services that may change or go offline. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

How we handle data is in Privacy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and any change that affects you in a relevant way is announced on the site before it takes effect.

Brazilian law applies. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
